Black Hole
Black hole
So hollow
you take everything
So full
you can’t stop pulling everything else in with you
Nothing satisfies.
Some people didn’t believe such a thing could exist
They just didn’t know how to look for it.
I’ve seen the black hole
In you.
The brightest stars shine empty
For some reason, I had a momentary premonition you were about to talk about Fox News commentators. I’m glad you didn’t.
I think you’ve described an essential trait of the ego here. It is constantly seeking to aggrandize itself.

Ivor! 🙂
It’s a blanket statement… Not entirely true. Maybe I should have said “sometimes the brightest stars shine empty”
