Birds of a Feather
A little boy walked into a pet shop. “How much for this pigeon?”
“That one isn’t quite right,” the pet shop owner said. “He’s a charity case. He can’t be trained.”
“I’ll train him!”
“Why don’t you look at these birds? They’re better. They know tricks, they talk, they won’t get lost.”
“No, I want the stupid one.” He pulled off his pants and put them on his head. “Because I’m stupid too.”
Tears in his eyes, the man gave the stupid boy his stupid pigeon.
“No charge,” he said.
The boy joyfully took his pigeon and ran into the glass door repeatedly before finding the exit.
